You guys actually don't know a lot about Ramp modeling. Ramp models are not supposed to smile or bring attention to their face. The focus is on the clothes and how it drapes on their figures, which is skinny to the max (Size zero). Hence the angry (some would say snooty) look.

Ramp models typically don't have buxom features either - for the same reason. This is the same concept in all countries.

that is what males and especially females must understand... a buxom figure will take attention away from the clothes and towards the figure itself, which is not the objective of a ramp walk because the walk is to present and sell clothes.
