Bangladesh will not tour pakistan Bangla Court

Same in India, there have never been a bomb blast in a Indian arena as well. Glad to see, we seeing eye to eye for once.

The article states:
two bomb blasts near a Bangalore cricket stadium

It was at the Bangalore cricket stadium, on gate number 8, gate number 11 and gate number 12 of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. It injured the cricket fans that had seen to gone the IPL game. Interpret that whatever way you want.

I hope at least this time PCB would learn a lesson that we can't trust anyone even BD. So instead of begging to everyone like clowns get up and help yourself. Start your own premier league, involve foreign players in it and manage it successfully to bring Cricket back in Pakistan. God knows how many times this minnow team has made a fool out of PCB. Shame on you PCB losers.

And for all those Pakistanis who were supporting BD against Pakistan in Asia cup final. See you losers. This is what happens when you trust and support someone instead of your own country. Learn your lesson now and always support Pakistan no matter who the opponent is. I am think we should be angry on PCB not BD. It is all PCB's fault.

And curse those foreign players too if they later decide to not turn up due to security concerns!

Don't no what nonsense you are talking.

The link that YOU gave us clearly states:

Organisers of the Indian Premier League vowed that security will be "watertight" for the remainder of the tournament when they announced that the semi-finals would be moved after two bomb blasts near a Bangalore cricket stadium left 14 people injured and panicked fans before a group match yesterday.

Two more unexploded bombs were found near the stadium today and the IPL issued a press release saying the semi-finals scheduled to be played on Wednesday and Thursday would now be held in Mumbai, which is also set to host the final on 25 April.

How many times has your link said NEAR and not AT.

It's not your concern. Those players will make the decision. You are not their secretary. So leave it to the players.

Yeah they were not at but near. A few steps near. ;)

It was AT the gates of the stadium:

The police found a third device with 3.2 kg of explosive material, a timer and a battery, at Gate 8 when the match was in progress, and defused it.

One of the IEDs went off around 3.15 p.m. at Gate 12 on Cubbon Road, where hundreds of spectators had gathered to enter the stadium.

The authorities immediately closed the two gates, and shifted the injured to hospital, he said.

they got their high court involved? As brother Bilal Haider said in the other bingo thread, the Bengalis are truly astounding and their haphazard way of going about life is hardly out of character for them.

In 3-4 weeks it went from yes, to no, to no, to yes, to yes, to no. The BCB is pathetic as are those awami league indian boot lickers who are trying to talk like their masters without having the beef (or fish rather) to back it up.

They dont want to tour Pakistan, then okay fine. I have absolutely no problem with that because if we thrashed them in their own country, chances are we'd RAPE them from their rears in ours. PCB should actually file a lawsuit against BCB simply because we could have used the time to schedule for alternative game programs (with more proper teams that are worthy) and we wouldnt have sunk costs into making preparations for the bangalia team.

the fact that their high court got involved really shows how political this whole issue turned out to be...

Pakistan hosted non-cricket sports post 2009 and the events went great. Hosted literary festivals in Karachi (many foreigners came), hosted international fashion shows, trade expos, mineral expos, etc.

I think we should just accept that Bangladesh is a coward country and this is the last time PCB should take any initiative to invite a third-rate team with no identity or skill -like Bangladesh.

^ Do you know what you're talking about? They agreed to tour if we voted for their guy for ICC president. If they didn't want to tour they should've just said no.

I didn't think this tour wouldn't achieve anything anyway. No other team would tour us -- not until the war in Afghanistan significantly winds down (i.e. end of 2013/sometime in 2014).

remember - these are the same people that back-stabbed Pakistan decades ago....bad habits are hard to get rid of

to hell with them

It was at the gates 8 and 12, & technically, the gate of the stadium is part of the stadium as well.

Oh well, the blast didn't happen in the stadium (i.e. the building), and hence all the International stars like Pollard and Kallis decided it was safe to play a match in the stadium on the same day rite?

Or was the match suspended?
