Bangladesh involved in sabotaging SAARC summit scheduled to be held in Pakistan, says Khawaja Asif

.
SAARC is the most useless organization in the world. Time to leave.

Pakistan with China's backing has capacity to form sub regional grouping in South Asia. Lets call it "South Asia - OBR forum". Pakistan, SriLanka, Nepal, Maldives and China can start the group and later Bangladesh can join as well once indian stooges are gone.

.
SAARC has the potential for tonnes for tonnes of improvement but there are lot of differences between among India and Pakistan which hamper the development and talks.......our differences are here to stay but we need to keep these channels open for the development of the region no matter the public sentiment within the region. I myself aint no saint either, I lauded that our partner nations boycotted the SAARC summit to be held in Pakistan, however I also understand that these channels and groups are important for our development. Finding alternate route isn't the most economical way.

.
Keeping india in any regional grouping will fail that organization; that is proven. Other countries should move on and form different group and let indian keep SAARC name with a shell org.

WHy is PAK sticking with SAARC, I do NOT understand. India would always keep SAARC as dysfunctional as possible since the only good organization in Indian eyes is one that they can dominate and they can not dominate SAARC because of PAK and so it may as well be dead. India wants their own little fish pond where they will be the only Shark and BD being a small fish is just doing his master's bidding.
SAARC is dead. The sooner gov of pakistan realises the better.

It is only a matter of time in the next few months when India will be outmaneuvered, and China will either become member of SARC, or as someone mentioned earlier, a new regional body will be formed with China as the main driver, and India won't be allowed in this new regional set-up.

You hang someone in the name of Pakistan, you will get response. It is actually your govt who want to use Pakistan bogieman to be relevant.

That's being done internally. And it's not in the name of Pakistan, they are being tried for their own alleged crimes. However, Bangladesh has no propaganda campaigns against Pakistan in the global stage.

OTOH, Pakistani media and establishment are steering propaganda campaigns against Bangladesh both internally and externally. Within Pakistan, Bangladesh is being described as an Indian-puppet state and in international fora there is an extensive propaganda campaign against the Tribunal.

Bd is indian state so better we talk to delhi not provance bengal

Just because BD wants to have good relations with India for mutual benefit doesn't mean it is an Indian state. This kind of thinking has put Pakistan in its current position

SAARC is dead now it used to be prestigious and useful for all of us
not anymore as proven Pakistan is on the other side and when India says no one goes or do anything we obey them like a good doggie for a cookie :) i mean all other countries there

Pakistan in this case pointed to the right facts. Indian stooge ruling awami regime spoiled SAARC and is more or less a dead beat. May be in subsequent communication Pakistani foreign ministry will say in more detail that the "ruling regime" of Bangladesh, on behalf of india, created the dysfunctional state of SAARC.
@idune, you still think SAARC can be made functional when BD and India cannot go to Afghanistan and beyond via Pakistan? SAARC lost its charm. It was needed for BD at the volatile time of President Ziaur Rahman as BD needed outside influence to off guard Indian pressure at that time. Situation and geopolitical scenerios are so different after more than four decades. But, why are you criticizing BD for the fault of Pakistan?
