You will be always linked with Tamizhan based on your common Indian allegiance, not for Kerala. Yes indigenous Tamilians will be the first priority.

look, you cannot call rabindranath tagore a Bangladeshi. its utter nonsense. if you want to justify Bangladesh for selecting one of his poem then you can say "tagore is a Bengali poet so you select one of his poem because you county men speak Bengali and Bengali is an official language of your country, and during his time there was no Bangladesh or e. pakistan. all were bengalis(Hindustanis)". so obviously as a newly created country you have to select a poem from your parent country..ie, india as your national anthem. you don't have to show some shame in that. even sri lankans don't show any shame in selecting tagore's poem as their national anthem.
instead of saying straight you take X, Y, Z countries for explanation was really funny thing.

There was no Republic of India either. All we have taken things from our fellow countrymen British Indian or Hindustanis. They chose for ROI citizenship by paper. People can have multiple identities. Even who born outside of BD in UK or USA still feels allegiance to BD. And those people were physically part of our country. This is that much complex. Only Bengali doesnt count for us. Indian Bengalis who were born in India after 1947 we dont highlight them much. But some can still show allegiance to BD because their ancestors were from BD.

Let's get rid of the off-topic posts - shall we?

The court simply banned the use of music made in a foreign country (India) as paid ringtone.

I'm sure the same would go for Bangladeshi music used as paid ringtones in India.

Its a question of cold-hard cash and called non-tariff barrier (NTB). Something you Bhartiyas are very good at implementing on Bangladeshi products in your market.

More NTB's on your side will result in more NTB's on this side of the border as well. Tit for tat.
