LOL..Probably I was the one who first accidentally said that it might be a joint operation of AQ(Read JMB) and ISIS.ISIS might not have that much presence in Bangladesh, thats why they're probably using local organization to spread their propaganda.

JO or not, some tie with ISIS is clearly evident as the way IS news agency published those photographs.

Poor ISI,everyone thought possibly, possibly their name might not come up in this attack. But alas, brick batting has already started.

All Indian sources..toilet media has a lot of credibility?

What would ISI even gain in a useless country like BD when it can play all dirty it wants in North East India?

No international community give them a shit this is why they created all Indian written script from Bollywood and implanted to themselves so they get much needed international focus which they won't get

Let me guess: Bollywood script written by Indians, is it?

Right, so India is responsible.

And here we go again, script seems to be the as all dead but one, never accept own fault and blame someone for all your setbacks. We all know what hasina is and where she is getting the instructions from. Pakistan is far far bigger than these meagre things.

Once you caught and stamped as a thief ,then people will always suspect you as a thief .
They will target Pakistan even if she dont have any idea about this massacre.

DHAKA: Bangladesh on Sunday blamed "homegrown" Islamist terrorists and Pakistan's spy agency ISI for the country's worst terror attack in which 20 hostages were hacked to death, ruling out the role of the Islamic State, as the shocked nation began observing two days of national mourning.

"Let me clear it again, there are no ISIS or al-Qaida presence or existence in Bangladesh ... the hostage-takers were all home-grown terrorists not members of ISIS or any other international Islamist outfits," home minister Asaduzzaman Khan said.

"We know them (hostage-takers) along with their ancestors, they all grew here in Bangladesh ... they belong to homegrown outfits likeJMB (Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh) ," he said.

Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the killing of the hostages, mostly foreigners, and two police officers during an 11-hour siege that ended on Saturday after the army stormed the Holey Artisan Bakery popular with expats in the diplomatic zone here, killing six attackers and capturing one alive.

Hossain Toufique Imam, the political adviser toPrime Minister Sheikh Hasina , said that the way in which the hostages were killed with machetes suggests the role of a local terrorist group, the banned Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen.

"Pakistan's ISI and Jamaat connection is well known ... they want to derail the current government," Imam told a TV channel.

The arrested terrorist chickened out at the last minute and he holds the key to crucial details, he said.

Hostages who were killed include 19-year-old Indian girl Tarishi Jain . Nine Italians, 7 Japanese, one American of Bangladeshi origin, and two Bangladeshis were also among the people who were killed.

Most of those killed were found with their throats slit.

Among those rescued were Indian, Sri Lankan and Japanese nationals, media reports said. Around 30 people were injured.

A police source was quoted as saying by the Dhaka Tribune that all the attackers were Bangladeshi nationals aged between 20 and 28.

Police said the attackers were well-educated and most came from rich families.

"All of them were students and communicated at the crime scene in both Bengali and English," the police source said.

The government has consistently ruled out the presence of the dreaded terror group in the Muslim-majority nation though experts have been maintaining that series of brutal attacks on minorities and secular activists had the hallmarks of ISIS group.

Meanwhile, police have released the photos of the six gunmen killed during the raid by commandos. A seventh was arrested and is being interrogated by Bangladeshi intelligence officers.

Police chief AKM Shahidul Hoque said five of the dead gunmen were listed as militants and police had been looking for them.

Police identified them as Akash, Bikash, Don, Bandhon, and Ripon.

Bangladeshi media reports said that after US-based SITE Intelligence Group published photos of five gunmen holding assault rifles who, the Islamic State claims, killed the hostages, former classmates have started identifying by posting their old pictures on social media.

Warning "crusader countries" that their citizens would not be safe "as long as their aircraft are killing Muslims", the ISIS also posted pictures of four fighters, who it said were involved in the attack, smiling in front of a black flag of the outfit.

According to the reports, three of the five attackers have so far been identified by their friends.

The gunmen did a background check on religion of the captives by asking them to recite Quranic verses and tortured those who could not do so.

Announcing a two-day state mourning for those killed in the worst terror attack in the country, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina vowed to do everything to eliminate terrorists from the country and asked extremists to stop killing in the name of religion.

She asked all, including the general public, to get united to resist a "handful of terrorists".

The national flag was lowered at half mast as the country began two-day mourning period.

But offcourse india gain since bangladesh getting close to china and sell wepon to ISIS..
Haseena do some job instead of following ur forfathers foot step.

In your media isn't it ? Do you even realize blaming ISI all the time is resulting in lost of creditability. People will take your claims as trolling.

This deranged women (hasina the witch) and her govt!!! LOL not surprised.

Btw somebody has rung the bells in Hasina's ears that all these hacking murders and now cafe attack type violence has only started after systematic judicial killings of Jamati leaders ? You may have weaken the party itself but actually have paved the way for the frustrated Bangali youth to act against your govt through wrong channels. Alqaeda and ISIS type organizations just love this kind of opportunities to exploit the situation.

Pakistan can benefit by taking revenge for hanging of razakarsrazakars or say to UN that BD is heavily radicalised

We don't sell weapons to ISIS .thse parts used in weapons was legally exported to Lebanon and Saudi which was used by ISIS in their explosives

On topic: Hasina govt will blame Pakistan for everything because of her bias against Pakistan. It is indeed the work of ISIS

When ISI gets involved, USSR falls, strategic balance is struck, billion dollar proxies by mortal enemies are kept at bay..

As for BD, Indian installed government is toppled within half an hour of ops. However, it requires Pak trained officers and soldiers, not sissies who require half a day to go after few kids..

Anyway, congrats to BD army for ultimately making it without importing "commandos" from South Africa - reason might be their trainers' trainers were grilled for action by Pathan and Punjabi JCOs and NCOs..
