Even Bangladeshis seem to be clueless about the role of so many personnel in BD air force!!

17000 personnel is the right amount for an air force of 157 air craft. Indian air force have 1720 aircraft and 151,000 personnel.Personnel to air craft ratio for India is 88:1 and for BD is 108:1. Not much difference.But you can expect our air force personnel number to increase 2-3 times over the next 13 years as we are about to induct large number of plane by this time frame.
