You can always play in neutral venue like sarjah, and we all can watch on tv.
The only victim is PCB not pakistani fan(majority of them watch on tv). By arranging in neutral venues, PCB can get a lifeline.

The entire world is a victim. By not bringing in international cricket players the cricketing circles do not get the exposure they should. Pakistan has many leagues like the IPL - the T20 and double wicket games are quite famous.

Moreover when cricket comes to a city, the entire city is charged and enthusiastic about cricket. Sure right now we all watch on TV and then go play in our gali muhulla, but there will be a time when the future generation would stop being as excited as we are about events on TV. Cricket in Pakistan would stagnate. ICC is busy spreading cricket around the world, but its taking it away from one of the biggest players too.

Football has a huge fanbase in India , mostly EPL, UEFA etc all seen thru TV and with 0 Indian players.
Cricket wont stagnate in Pak, much like SA which returned with a bang after 20 yrs in hibernation. THe reality is that sportsmen aer not warriors, much like actors who do dishum-dishum on screen. They would rather not risk their lives to support cricket in Pak unlike soldiers who will give up their lives for country. And we donot expect cricketeers to be that way. I aam sure after the SL team firing, all cricketeers will be mortally scared of playing in Pak. I dont expect situation to change until the perception of Pak changes in the world. it is not enough to say come and see for yourself things are normal. others must start saying that Pak is trror free , only then normal cricket will resume.and remember sport will be the lagging indicator that pak is peaceful. it will not be the first thing that will be done to prove that a place is peaceful. In that respect the MFN to india will play a big role. Also the recent successes of govt and supreme court against the army will also play a role in returning to normalcy. there is no conspiracy theory to this, much as many forumers like to believe. there is only human behaviuor at play here.

People from bangladesh will see it differently.
Cricketiers are high value target, they will probably targetted by specific group than be victim of random attack.
Can such targetted attack be stopped?

It was cute of a Pakistani speaking on behalf of Humanity. There is no such group or agency which terrorizes the entire world keeping religion as an angle of attack. But it has been so common for the world to believe that no matter where the attack happens the roots emerge from the land of Pure. Pakistan has been a synonym for Terrorism My dear. It has to be changed by contributing better instead of pointing fingers on others.

Screw this ****. I was looking forward to finally seeing live international cricket in Pakistan. If Pakistan is so unsecure place then how come Indian International tennis Player SANIA MIRZA (such a big name from Indian tennis) keep on coming to Pakistan without any apparent security...She goes for shopping here, Watch domestic cricket matches in stadiums and openly support her husband, participate in man of the match ceremonies, give interview to media...She plus her entire family spend weeks in Pakistan without any security...When such a high standard international tennis player can come to Pakistan then any teams can also come to Pakistan without any fear.
