If your airforce and military is as good as you say it is then why were you so powerless to do anything to a nation more than 7× smaller than your country and doesn't have access to the world's most advanced weapons systems india does whilst we are denied this privilege?

Don't discount the 50 to 80 JF-17s that are bvr capable and with real time data link with Chinese AWACs and ground radars. Coupled with F-16s, that's a formidable interceptor strategy against the entire fleet of the mkis. Need to remember, the Thunders and the Falcons are small and nimble aircrafts with solid EW suites backing them up and therefore hard to detect at long ranges while the mki is gigantic in comparison (easily the size of a world war 2 medium range heavy bomber) and thus lights up like a light bulb at long ranges even with EW protection.

Are you aware EW capabilities of Mki? Even if you detect Mki far away before Mki detect JFT.. you can't launch missile 100km away** if it is it's max range. You have to face M2k, Mig-29 upgraded and Mki combi.. you want to pitch 50-70 JFT against 150Mki+m2k and mig 29.. you must be kidding, you are ignoring Mki EW suites . If a civilian can draw strategies to kill IAF fleet without basic knowledge.. i suggest IAF to stop procuring jets.

Off course they're not. Because the J-20 far exceeds PAF needs so the PAF is not going to purchase it just YET. But then again the Chinese military leaders said EXACTLY the same thing back in 1996 with regards to supplying Pakistan with nuclear weapons technology. And we all know how that ended up

But the most important thing is that the Chinese HAVE NOT ruled out supplying Pakistan with the J-31 and the know how to help Pakistan enter some joint program to produce an effective 5th- generation fighter.

China has invested in at least $51 billion in Pakistan with many more billions earmarked for investments in the coming years and decades. And regardless of whatever is said in public, the Chinese will make sure that their investment is kept safe and prospers no matter what

Pakistan has already been in talks with China about the purchase of at least 30 J-31s since 2014:

Pakistan doesn't need China to intervene in a war against India. We have enough fighting men to help us fight an enemy that is more than 7× bigger than us. We need China to supply us with their top of the line advanced weapons systems which they would more than likely do. Especially in light of the fact that the Chinese would want to protect their strategic assets in Pakistan as well as their huge billions invested here.

What most people don't realise is that with the MASSIVE CPEC route, there is an "underground" as well as an "overground" route. Both are being built with an emphasis of acting as a military supply route between Pakistan and China.

the mki is a pesa radar, not aesa, therefore requiring far more maintenance and prone to breakdowns. Having said that, whatever ew the mki along with the phalcon and m2k and mig29s has to offer is not alien technology and is easily matched by the current combination of zdk03, erieye2000, jft and f16s (blk 52s and older) along with their own ew and ecw suites that they have. And btw, the sd10 aam can easily target the mki at 100km at high altitudes. We haven't even begun to talk about the havoc the aim120c can unleash. Face it, the mki mig29 and m2k combo is really not as dangerous as you have made yourself believe.
