I've been to Zhoushan and Ningbo twice!
The first time in 2008, not bridge across the strait.
The second time, I kinda missed the ferry.

I didn't expect river view. (=_=)'

it's actually a bit downstream, river is still too wide can't get a closer look of NK. driving further north it's easier to see the NK people and they daily activities.

Ji'an 集安, a small town bordering North Korea, can't find on google map...
@Nihonjin1051 and others, this is the road trip of Yalu River China-NK border i mentioned before. it's actually a bit downstream river is still wide can't get a close look of NK. driving further north it's easy to see the NK people.

Ji'an is a county-level city. The county government or county-level city government is located in a town. So it's a town(镇). We can call a city only when a city(at least prefecture-level) has at least one municipal district.
So even Ji'an is called a city, basically it's a county.
