Topic is about Turkic countries forming an some type of joint Armed forces.... "Türk Dili Konuşan Ülkeler İşbirliği Konseyi 4. Zirvesi" has not nothing to do with it. They discussed about energy, transportation and culture not about millitary stuff.

Actually takm is not really a joint armed forces, maybe in the next future when Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan join takm. This is understand most times wrong. Turkey delivers security and economic experiences via takm to less developed countries like kirgizistan and mongolia.

TAKM could be the first step in a way to establish Joint eurasian/turkic armed Forces, before we start such Project it is important to deliver security Experience to these States !
