Skif is a joint Belarusian-Ukrainian ATGM, Belarus stopped providing FCS for the ATGM due to conflict with Russia, and Aselsan came in to fill the gap.

adding to my previous comment about SOM, SOM was tested on both Su-25s and MiG-29s, currently about half of Su-25s have been upgraded by Aselsan and now have the capability to launch SOMs, rest of the aircraft will also go through the upgrade and the Air Force will have a total of 50+ aircraft with capability to launch SOMs.
