Lol. “ lamb meat” is full of fat if anything you gain not muscle mass but fat. Beef, chicken, fish, turkey that’s what you must eat to generate lean muscle mass.
SF operators must be lean and have strong endurance. Strong lungs and legs. Most importantly must have brains. SF is not a bodybuilding competition

When you make a statement that they kill 10 for one you lose credibility. Why not 15 or 20 someone with sense of humor will ask you.
Anyway, on demarcation line you guys take similar casualties. Usually it’s a tit for tat

Last year I read about Karabakh conflict especially recent operation I believe in 2016. I looked at the map compared gains and casualties and my personal opinion it was horribly planned. Both sides lost over 100 soldiers over what two or three hills? That’s really bad especially taking into account that Armenians totally neglected their military and had(have) old equipment.
Anyway, your senior officers need to do a better homework. Something tells old Soviet officers who run Azerbaijani MOD and Chief Of Staff are not skillful at all

I am baffled. Looks like border patrol units have better equipment than line infantry on the frontlines. Why is that?
The reason is say is Azerbaijani side use UAV aand cameras so its hard for Armenians to pass to behind Azeri lines. but its easier from our side...
I understand that its hard to fight as you might also say they kill more. But have you seen Armenians soldiers mothers protest? The number is really high..
The problem with Azeri side, if you are normal soldier, older soldiers will beat you up when you are new, but "keshfiyyat" is the only one nobody touch you as everybody will have weapon there and they might kill each other when they pass to Armenian side. Thats why many sportsmen prefer it instead of get bitten by 10 but less powerful soldiers..
