As long as Armenians keep the Karabakh capital and largest city Stepanakert I think they'll have a good deal. Half of the population in Karabakh live in Stepanakert. Plus they'll keep the gold mines in the mountain.

A minimum accepted deal should be NK autonomy with azerbaijan with acceptance of all refugees back to NK

Anything less would be handing over a military vicotory to armenia over a negotiation table
