Turkiye's F-16 shoots down Russian SU-25 in Azerbaijan

F-16s are having field day against Russian Sukhois
The F-16 is the product of the best of the US Empire - be it intelligence, skills, knowledge, ethics, morality or something else....

The F-16 symbolizes the superiority of the USA over the USSR....

No wonder, Pak wanted to build an a/c better than an F-16.....

Wait, it didn't happen if they can't find the wreckage of the AMRAAM used. They should ASAP get the help of Indian AMRAAM specialists, then conduct a press conference where the AMRAAM is presented in front of the entire world. I wish them best of luck.
Partly true. IAF have demonstrated to us that no missile needs to be fired and no guns used in order to down an enemy aircraft. The Turkish F16 downed the Armenian SU25 without even leaving its hangar in fact.

reading some posts here , you would think Iran & Armenia were the victim of aggression and not Azerbaijani lol

And Azerbaijani to some is naughty in trying to reclaim its occupied lands by doing so it’s threatening Iran hahaha

Not just wanted but has built it.

Some Pakistanis, sadly, are more loyal to Iran than to Pakistan.

Azerbaycan has supported Kashmir in the strongest terms and at every juncture, yet a small minority of us are blind to it.

Most Pakistanis support Azerbaycan 100%. We would fight for their country, if given the choice, as many of them would do for us.

This is what real brotherhood of fellow Muslims looks like, regardless of Sunni or Shia, secular or religious.

How can you say that so casually? Azerbaijan allowing Israel to set up a base is a huge problem because it is the only way Israel could realistically attack Iran, which effectively makes Azerbaijan an enemy state.

Also, Azerbaijan is barely Muslim, much less Shia. Azeri Islamic faith is on paper only, in real life, Islam in Azerbaijan is surface level only and has nothing in common with the deep roots of Islam in Iran or Pakistan. In other words, it is kind of misleading to call Azerbaijan a Muslim country since it is only on the surface and on paper.

By virtue of them saying Shahadat, they are Muslims. We cannot take that away from any Muslim.

Iran allowed India to set up base in Chabahar against us, so who are they to complain?

This turns into a war of attrition it’ll deplete the Armenians and give upper hand as you said to the Azeris; however the southern territory bordering Turkey needs to be reinforced by the Turkish Forces so it doesn’t open another theater of war. The occupied territories need to be recaptured ASAP on the southern flank it’s some what low land and then choke point the mountain passage ways.

3 million poor Armenian with weak support from Russia/Iran vs a wealthy oil-producing Muslim country of 10 million Azeris with strong continued support from Turkey.

Armenians are going to do alot of crying. We already see it on social media.

Yet another missed opportunity for Pakistan.

And then we wonder why exports of JF-17 are suffering.

I understand what are saying but the game is much bigger than JF-17s trust me. The day Pakistan gets involved in this conflict, will be day the Armenians will be completely defeated. And this has the potential to spoil strategic relationships with a lot of countries. And that is why Pakistan is being extremely cautions.

A missed opportunity for what exactly?

How would a squadron of jf17s change anything? What capabilities would they bring that Azerbaijan doesnt already have with its fleet of Mig 29s and Su 25s? Especially since neither side's air forces seem to be engaging in the first place?

What can Pakistan offer to the Azeris that they don't already have, or can't get from the Turks or Russians?

I keep hearing that Pakistan missed an opportunity, but no one can give me a satisfactory answer to my inquiry.

"Treaty of Lausanne"

Basically a set of conditions of what Turkey is and is not allowed to do for the duration of the treaty. Once it expires, then Turkey can begin oil exploration, charge people fees for using the Bosphorus Strait etc and more.. etc.
There is no expiration date on the treaty. You can google this, it takes 2 minutes to find out this is untrue.

This is similar to the BS that Afghan nationalists keep peddling about the Durand line having a 100 year expiration date.

Yes, I know some Turks themselves refuted this claim, but some Turks believe it as well, esp in the AKP party.

As for Durand Line issue, it is gone in sha Allah as soon as Taliban comes.
