That's probably a picture of the local hospital at Jammu PGIMER is among the best hospitals in India. Doubt that any Pakistani hospital comes close (not point scoring).

Well the so called best hospital has failed. I don't think the shameless Indians who were bragging about best medical facilities of India on sarabjit thread would take their words back. That would be too sane and rational for them and we can't such rationality at least from an Indian.
