On the incident, Baluchistan Bar president Bilal Qasi (RIP) was firstly targeted and gunned down in the morning by terrorists. Then after, as many of advocates gathered in Civil Hospital Quetta for the deceased and collect the dead body, a suicide attack targets the vicinity with many of advocates and civilians inside.

While I do not condone what has happened in Quetta which was barbaric, but some of you guys here popped the champagne bottle when a mercenary Kashmiri mob drowned a policeman in the Jhelum the other day along with his jeep. Balochistan Chief minister says RAW is behind the attack

Condemning the attack, Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri told local TV channel Geo News that Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) was behind terror incidents in Quetta.
The CM made this claim before initial investigations into the blast were completed, and before the nature of the blast was confirmed.
Zehri said the attack appeared to be a suicide attack, but police are still investigating.
