J-20 achieves IOC in 2017, not by 2020 at the earliest, as this article claims. J-10 first flight in 1998, IOC in 2004. J-20 first flight in 2011, IOC in 2017. China's AESA are mature.

J-20 has a more advanced design than F-22, as evidenced by its DSI air intakes.
