Next step should be:

We managed to develop an AHEAD like ammunition, so the Korkut SPAAG could be realized.

But the Germans went further, from AHEAD they developped the Air Burst Ammunition, so the PUMA was realized.

We need to develop also Air Burst ammo and turn our Tulpar to the standards of PUMA to shoot ABM munnition (IFV & SPAAG in one)

Look at the frontside! That makes Korkut bulkier. Also goes for huge turrent. But that's my opinion.
