A war between BD and Myanmar would have certainly led to disintegration of Myanmar and the NE militants would then be free to act against India and just how many freedom fighters can India act against at once. Bulk of the India Army is deployed in and around Kashmir.

It's economy is larger than West Bengal, NE states and Myanmar combined and the gap is just getting larger due to higher growth in BD.
