Indians on twitter are saying that Pakistan is playing double bluff so the blame doesn't go on Pakistan after the attack. My thoughts are, wow we tell them about the coming attack and the location and still the attack takes place...questions should be asked about the incompetency of the Indian intelligence agencies and security services.

No. This is not why pk is informing India of possible attacks. The reason is to short circuit the sequential narrative used in India and USA to justify balakot type incursions. If Pak says "hey you can't blame us as we told you something was about to happen" without necessarily being specific, it builds the counter case to the rubbish that India push as their cassus belli. This is information war.

Pakistan is well aware that any concessions given will have no reciprocation from Modi's extreme standpoint. Modi has entrenched himself and cannot manoeuvre out of his position now. Pak knows that no concessions, talks or mediation will change anything. Covert war, black ops, information war and limited military engagements is the only way now. Everything stated in public discourse is a charade to cover the true Kashmir policy.

Moreover, it is highly plausible that false flags are now being picked up by ISI in their plenary stages.
