Armenian President on Pakistan's close relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey | Exclusive Interview

.
Aint this the dude that said SSG was fighting Armenia on Azerbaijans behalf during the most recent NK war?

. .
Armenia is a sensitive issue for Turkey. They will definitely not ignore anyone getting closer to Armenia.

Pakistan would not be “getting close to Armenia”, but if Azerbaijan and Turkey are planning a trade corridor between themselves and plan to go through Armenia, it would be beneficial to be preparing ourselves to be at the other end of that corridor; one that excludes Iran. Iran should be seen as our rival for access to Central Asia from the Indian Ocean. It’s not personal it’s Business.

If we are to play our geographic location to its max, we should be jumping at the chance to be a party to the trade benefits of peace, just like we are a stalwart ally to our Caucasian allies during their hour of need.

So it’s good to hear the Armenian President hold no grudges against Pakistan.

Turkey and Azerbaijan have full relations with Armenia, I honestly cannot see why we do not.
If someone knows, please tell me.
Turkey doesn't have any diplomatic ties with Armenia as far as I know. Its a rivalry more bitter than we have with any of our neighbors.
Where did you learn that from?

I apologise, I got mixed up, I meant to say recognition of Armenia, I think Pakistan has not recognised Armenia yet, but Turkiye has.
You are right Turkiye and Armenia do have diplomatic relations, but Turkiye has recognised Armenia, whereas Pakistan does not.

1. When did Turkey cut off economic relations with Armenia? When Armenians killed tens of thousands of Azerbaijani citizens, including the Khojaly massacre, and occupied 1/3 of the Azerbaijan. Previously, although the Armenian ASALA terrorist organization massacred dozens of Turks around the world; economic and political relations were at a normal level.

2. How is normalization possible? When both states officially recognize their borders, and stop politically imposing their baseless claims. Turkey recognizes the borders of Armenia, but the Armenians have territorial claims from the Turks. Politicians should stop instrumentalizing this for nonsene populism and allow joint history commissions to work within academic rules and and archive records.

Establishing diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia will have no effect on the Turkish economy; however, Armenia gets maximum benefit from it. Even now, approximately 50,000 Armenian workers, 80% of whom are illegal, are in Turkey.

The establishment of normal diplomatic relations between this country and Turkey depends on two conditions. The first of these conditions is to remove the historical wrongness against Turkey and to give up the claims on Turkish territory. The other is that this country has reached a full compromise with Azerbaijan.

IIRC Pakistan is the only country in the world that doesn't recognise Armenia. It's strange af

If I had a penny every time Turks and Azeris mentioned Khojaly,I'd have a new PC by now. Hur dur Armenia occupy 1/3 of Azerbaijan?
That was Armenian homeland since the ancient times. Armenians lived all around there for centuries and centuries. And funny how Azeris and Turks don't mention all the massacres of Armenians in Karabakh by Azeris since the early 20th century to now.

All you hear is "Khojaly,Khojaly". Which was a tragic event, but disputed as to the nature of what happened.

Anyway, there's no reason why Pakistan shouldn't have better relations with Armenia.
