Ah, that's like saying the Good Taliban would be really happy with America's billions instead of holding onto their principles of a free Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

The news is, Jaishankar asked Qatar to arrange a meeting with the Good Taliban and during the meeting Jaishankar was put in his place by the Good Taliban.
