well these protests are for law but i don't think after law passed police and civil services men stop corruption .

Nobody is dreaming of a 100% corrupt free Utopian society, but because of this law if the common is spared from paying bribe to get electricity & water connection to paying the Govt doctor under the table for treatment its worth it.

The law is very strong. Will reduce corruption but nothing can completely remove it.

You could only wish something like this for your country. In Arab world the uprising violent where as in India it is totally peaceful. And what do you know about Democracy ?
