What is the best time of the year to visit? i need vacation

November to May is the best months to visit SL.

Anytime of the year. However November to May is suitable for visiting the hill country. August to December is the best time to visit North and North Central provinces.

Are you refering to Hindus or Indians as a whole..as for Hindus you can contact your nearest Hindu Tamil neighbour for more info.

and specially Indian mega TV series.......

There is something called remote control..use it. Anyways whats your problem with Indian soaps when majority of Srilankans doesn't understand Hindi.

nope, Sinhalese and Tamils are 2 different groups. Sinhalese are found only in Sri Lanka but Tamils are found in many countries! There are cultural things we both respect, Sinhalese Buddhists go Hindu kovils, worship their gods. Tamils participate in some of our traditional events. In Sinhalese new year in April month Tamils also celebrate their festival in same day.

We have Tamil TV channels, may be than Tamilnadu
Hindi songs are playing some of local channels than Tamil songs, but no Sri Lankan Tamil cinema so we can find Indian Tamil movies in here.
