Yes, we are going to solve this. By creating more trouble in Balochistan.

I too had predicted 2 years back, with the pull back in Afghanistan, there will be trouble in Kashmir. This is happening. But, policies have changed. Trouble in any part of India, lined to Pakistan will result in trouble in Balochistan and Sindh. It has just started. Things are going to get a lot messier and there will be not an inch given of Kashmir.

Look at it from our perspective. You keep pumping your resources, militarily and economically and politically into the Kashmir dispute. Rest of India will grow. We pump in our resources, only economically and politically into Balochistan, there will be no need for 'foreign opinion'. Just like the last time. No UN. No intervention.
Baluchistan is pretty much cleared but soon all the gifts you gave us in Karachi and Baluchistan we thank you for that and now we would return the favor with 100 % interest.

Yeah, all those idiots in balochistan did not come from india. The morons infiltrating into india are from pakistan. It needs some time and effort for reorientation then as usual they will go back against pakistan like ttp.

“National Database and Registration Authority record shows Indian claims of an arrested person originating from Pakistan, are totally baseless”
Pakistan on Thursday rejected India’s assertion that a LeT terrorist captured alive after a terror attack in Udhampur on Wednesday was of Pakistani-origin and asked India to refrain from making “accusations”.

“We have also seen media reports and I will not offer any comment on that issue. We expect the Indian authorities to share information with us on the claims that are being made in the media,” Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Syed Qazi Khalilullah said on the arrest of the terrorist in India.

“We have said many a times that making immediate accusations on Pakistan is not correct. These things should be based on facts. We expect that whenever Pakistan is being accused of something, it will be accompanied with correct evidence,” he said.

Mr. Khalilullah said that the Indian claim was baseless. “We have repeatedly asked India to refrain from accusations.”

Separately, a Pakistan government source was quoted by the Express Tribune as saying, “National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) record shows Indian claims of an arrested person, Usman Khan (Mohammed Naved Yakub) originating from Pakistan, are totally baseless.”

Pakistani officials were quoted by media reports as saying that there was no record of the man arrested in India.

Geo TV also reported that the man arrested in India was not registered with NADRA.

NIA brings LeT operative Showkat Ahmed Bhat to Delhi for lie detector test | Zee News

Last Updated: Sunday, September 6, 2015 - 20:55

New Delhi: Showkat Ahmed Bhat, arrested by NIA in connection with last month's Udhampur terror strike on a BSF bus that left its two personnel dead, was brought here this evening for a scientific analysis of his statements and will be subjected to a lie detector test.

A resident of Pulwama in south Kashmir, Bhat was placed under arrest on September one by NIA which is probing the case in which two Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists from Pakistan attacked a BSF bus in Jammu's Udhampur and killed its two personnel. One of the attackers identified as Mohammed Noman alias Momin was killed in retaliatory fire, while another Mohammed Naved Yakub was captured alive by villagers and handed over to the police.

Bhat will be produced before a court tomorrow for seeking permission for carrying out the polygraph test on him at the central forensic science laboratory, official sources said.

He was in the custody of Jammu and Kashmir police immediately after the terror strike on August five and was booked under sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Arms Act.

NIA said 36-year-old Bhat was allegedly involved in transporting a group of four LeT terrorists--Mohammad Naved Yakub, Zhargham alias Mohammed Bhai, Abu Okasa and Noman from Baba Reshi in Baramulla district to south Kashmir soon after they had infiltrated India from Azad Kashmir.

He is said to be an overground worker of LeT.

Earlier, the anti-terror agency had arrested Khursheed Ahmed, who ferried the terrorists to Jammu on two occasions.

Udhampur attack: Court allows NIA’s plea for polygraph test on alleged LeT operative - The Hindu

The NIA in its plea had contended that Showkat Ahmed Bhat was giving inconsistent statements during his interrogation which is hampering the probe in the case.
A Special Court on Monday allowed the National Investigating Agency’s plea seeking its permission to conduct polygraph test on suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba operative Showkat Ahmed Bhat, arrested in connection with Udhampur terror attack case.

Bhat was produced before District Judge Amar Nath during an in-camera proceeding where the National Investigating Agency (NIA) said that a polygraph test of the accused was required to be conducted to unearth larger conspiracy of the banned teror group.

While allowing NIA’s plea, the court said that Bhat’s polygraph test will be conducted at Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) at Lodhi Road here on Tuesday.

The investigating agency, in its plea, contended that Bhat was giving inconsistent statements during his interrogation which is hampering the probe in the case.

CRPF Inspector claims he killed Udhampur terrorist - The Hindu

BSF submits video and recordings to NIA.
Suresh Kumar, 56, an Inspector of the Central Reserve Police Force, has just nine months to retire and he wants his share of credit. He has been part of counter-insurgency operations like Operation Black Thunder-II of 1988 to clear the Golden Temple in Amritsar of Sikh militants. He said it was he who killed the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist at Udhampur on August 5.

A bus, part of a BSF convoy, had come under attack from LeT terrorists Noman and Mohammad Naved, who was later arrested. The BSF has said it was constable Rocky, the only armed BSF jawan on the bus, who killed Noman.

Supporting Mr. Kumar’s claims, the CRPF has submitted the video footage of the encounter and the statements of eyewitnesses to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is probing the case. Sources in the CRPF said they had no intention of denying the valour of the slain BSF constable Rocky, but said the Inspector also deserved recognition. The video, shot by locals, shows that between 7.20 a.m. and 7.23 a.m., nearly five minutes after the encounter started, there was no firing from the bus and probably Rocky was killed by then by a bullet fired by Noman’s AK-47. Noman was still alive, lying on the road with injuries. Mr. Kumar said he reached the spot between 7.28 a.m. and 7.30 a.m. and fired at Noman and killed him.

On the day of the incident, Mr. Kumar and his team were posted on the Jammu Highway, between milestones 79 and 93, to conduct road opening patrolling (ROP) for Amarnath pilgrims. “My duty started at 5 a.m. I had to secure the road for Amarnath pilgrims. Between 7.15 a.m. and 7.20 a.m., I got a call from constable Girdharilal posted in a bunker near the site of the incident saying a BSF bus had come under attack. I started running and reached the spot in the next 8-10 minutes along with two other constables,” Mr. Kumar told The Hindu.

When he reached there, he took shelter behind a truck and heard a loud sound. He saw a man lying on the road, with a grenade nearby. (Noman had tried to throw the grenade into the bus but it hit the windowpane and bounced back and exploded). “Initially, I thought it was a BSF jawan, but I checked his shoes, which were civilian. He was wearing capris and also had a long beard. It was then that I fired at him, he facing the bus. He immediately turned towards me and pulled the trigger of his AK-47. I fired constantly till he stopped moving,” Kumar said. He said it was possible that Noman would have been injured by Rocky’s fire earlier but there was no contradiction of the fact that his bullet dealt the final blow.

A week after the attack, investigators found 25-30 bullet marks near the roof of the bus. A reconstruction of the scene of the incident revealed that the two terrorists tried to flag down the bus and started firing at it from a distance, the bullets piercing through the bus, which had 42 BSF jawans on board. All of them ducked to avoid being hit by the bullets fired by Noman. The encounter continued for at least 15 minutes.

BSF Director-General D.K. Pathak had earlier said: “There is absolutely no doubt who killed the terrorist; it was BSF constable Rocky. The reinforcements reached 25 minutes later.” BSF jawan Subhendu Rai was also killed in the crossfire.

When contacted, CRPF Director-General Prakash Mishra said: “One of our Inspectors and a jawan reached the spot within minutes of the start of the encounter and he says he killed Noman. There is a video to prove this. We have shared the video footage and other proof with the NIA. This footage has been shot by the locals, so it is an independent source and can be verified. We are not trying to score points over the BSF, but the CRPF team did its bit.”

After the encounter, Naved held three locals hostage at gunpoint on the other side of the road and moved up the adjacent hills. He was overpowered by the locals and handed over to the police.
