I hope he asks Mama Merkel to establish 8-10 German technical universities in Pakistan. Keep in mind nobody in the world produces better engineers than the Germans. I see a trend of alot of Pakistanis going to Germany for Masters in engineering, this is a massive brain drain and also huge loss of foreign exchange. These Pakistanis going to Germany are the absolute cream of the talent we produce and often times they never return back to Pakistan.

If we provide a common Pakistani the opportunity to attend a university in Germany while living in Pakistan imagine how much more beneficial it would be for Pakistan.

The last time they had extended a financing package was in 2008-2009 for the Type 214 deal. So it's plausible, especially if the matter can split across the four consortium members.
