Don't think so. Arabs were late to recognize BD due to their closeness with Pakistan. Israel recognized BD early. We should had done the same. There wouldn't had been much public uproar back then. Azerbaijan also have a very warm relation with Israel. There are many ways the situation between Israel and Palestine may evolve in the future. Well, it's mostly because of religion. So I think it's understandable Israel gets more hate than countries like Pakistan or India who have done far more harm to bengladesh at some point in time. So it's normal from a religious perspective

Easier said than done. You can't expect a Muslim who is really religious not to see things in a religious perspective(especially when it comes to Israel) . Many will see things that way(which is understandable).

A Muslim country like Turkey was/is an exception rather than the rule. Since Ataturk did make Turkey a secular democratic country immediately after he founded the Republic of Turkey (modern Turkey), so he(and subsequent Turkish leaders) could afford to adopt the foreign policy which best served their country's interests without fearing a backlash from their people/public /imams/clerics and other religious leader. So Turkey was a unique case.

You have a point. However, BD is still religiously minded. Speaking pragmatically it's dumb to go and recognize Israel given the huge opposition in BD's population. However, Israel doesn't really gain or lose anything from BD refusing to recognize it.
