It started with someone on some thread ask me who give me all these positive rating a few hours ago. Then I decided to do a head count on my positive rating. And I found out something that's very intriguing.

OF THE 192 POSITIVE RATING I GOT. NONE WERE LEFT BY AMERICAN....

Well, I do have some American member leaving me one or two positive rating, but never American' American. I mean, com'on, I have been pro-US all along and this Is how my compatriot treats me?? I even got Chinese member leaving me positive rating....

I like Positive reinforcement, it just because you don't care or like, or being liked by other, that does not mean I don't care about them too. If you think this is being childish, then you are free to ignore this post. But the fact that you reply to this post which you deemed being childish, then WHAT DID IT MAKE OF YOU?



That's being unfair to him I think.

While you have your view on just about everything, he is also entitle to his own view.

You and me and him, we all come from different background, and if what you think is wrong and what he think is otherwise, you can't just go out and say "If you stick to your expertise and then you will get the respect you deserve"

I mean his view is his view, you can disagree about his view but you can't disrespect his personal and political view just because you think differently.

I don't know, but maybe I have too much demand on rating other people works, also, not being tagged most of the time does not help.

For me, I rate a post I think they would really, really deserved to be rated. Honestly I don't mind if other don't rate my post positive and hold the same regard or even stricter regard than I do. In fact, most of my enjoyment are from discussing with fellow member who wanted to know more, I get more satisfaction from exchanging knowledge and discuss and in the end raise the level of awareness of whatever the hell I was talking about than some number. I particularly enjoy discussing with member such as @truthseeker2010 @levina or @DESERT FIGHTER they are the one usually give me positive feedback (not positive rating) and its fun to exchange idea with them. Well, not saying title member are not good tho, don't get me wrong.

Although I must say, I regret to tell you I am thinking of retiring or at least semi-retiring once again. My wife have recently received an offer to teach international law in Swedish National Defence University and she also get me an offer to teach NCO/Junior Officer school in Karlberg either as an Home Guard Officer by induction or Civilian Contractor.

My wife would only go if I go with her and I am still thinking of taking up the offer. If I do, I will have to move back to Sweden and spend most of the time teaching classes and I will have even les time than now to do write ups. I am still thinking but basically if I took up the offer, that mean I am gonna step out from this forum, at least not as active as used to be.

And PS, you do know the money thing is a joke, right?

Bro I can't give ratings (too cool to be a mod or a TT )... Otherwise I'd have given to positive ratings because you deserve em.

Like @DESERT FIGHTER said members like me and him can only give positive feedbacks because that's the best we can do as a member, I can not rate you positive as that privilege is given to TTA and above ranks.
But you do know am a big fan of your threads, and......ahemmmmm ....was I not responsible for bringing you out of your hibernation???
I can never forget your thread "donut doilies" after which I became a regular member on this forum.
one thing that I appreciate most about you is that you never do a copy paste job, and ofcourse your being a "professional" makes your posts authentic too.

did my mbbs, did md/residency.. but then had to return to pak... wanted to do fellowship in something.. didnt want to be just a GP in pak... so joined fcps program ... had taken step1 in final years and ck during house job



to the above question.. in some masters degrees like mph, we need some preliminary semester byt not in usmle.. you just need to have good grades and pray that you get the visa.. which is very difficult nowadays
