Pakistan should send a stern warning to USA that if it sends drones to invade Pak airspace without permission, Pak will cut off supplies to NATO for a year. Once the supplies are cut, and USA still sends drones, PAK should say that it will not allow Pakistani territory to be used for sending supplies to Afghan for a decade. If the USA still doesn't apologize and completely stops drone attacks and violation of Pakistani airspace, Pak should declare war on USA and warn India if it sides with USA and attacks Pak, Pak will nuke India.

The drone program will be severely impacted with the supply routes.

My dear... These are words for those who have some dignity, honor and most importantly courage and vision inside them... You cannot expect that from the current crop of Musharafs/Kiyanis and Pashas... this scum knows only one thing... How to work for American goals as their humble servants (they like to think they are friends but in reality America considers them nothing more than dogs which is what they actually are)...

and while you were posting these words of how truth should be spoken, NATO attacked our soldiers once again and injured two of them...

Do these Generals really want them taken out by their junior officers? Army fighting against Army? Is it what America wants them to do?

It is clear as the daylight that ..US can never be our friend or ally ....no matter what and if we realli wanna live and survive shold stay away from US as far as possible....:what:

I don't know what you're talking about. The US has used Islamic extremist groups all over the world to achieve its geopolitical objectives, along with the fact that they install puppet rulers, & then later dispose them off when they're not happy with them. This kind of attitude will not win them friends.

the irony is that they talk about pakistan playing both sides and backing the taliban but the U.S is world famous more than any other country in the world for backing dictators and brutal regimes not just in muslim countries but they all over the world they don't have a very good memory and sometimes you need to remind them of their own history to shut them up.

The latest irony is that they are pressurizing Pakistan to attack the Taliban, & they are working out peace deals with them inside Afghanistan, & paying the Taliban not to kill them

15 votes for US as a "ally"?? and these were 15 Pakistani guys or girls?

peoples who think america is our ally need to wake up. America only care its interest even if he has to achieve these interests after killing million non american innocent peoples. America will love to support dictators /corrupt leader if they are puppets of american government.

Pakistan should guard its interest. WOT is not our war and its time for Pakistan to secure the country.

Do we not know that the same terrorists who pose a threat to the US are actively focused on destroying the peaceful nation of Pakistan? Al Qaeda is responsible for 9/11, the killing of thousands of innocent civilians –mostly Muslims-- and their TTP counterparts have murdered thousands of innocent people in Pakistan. Is now not the time for the US and Pakistan to accelerate their fight against the insurgency and bring justice to the families of thousands of innocent civilians who have been killed or maimed? US Senator John Kerry on Monday called Pakistan and the United States “strategic partners with a common enemy” as he sought to ease tensions in the wake of Osama bin Laden death. He also said, ““More importantly I explained that I am here with the backing of President (Barack) Obama, (US) ambassador (to Pakistan Cameron) Munter and their team to find a way to rebuild the trust between our two countries,” and “We must never lose sight of this essential fact. We are strategic partners with a common enemy in terrorism and extremism.”

The war on terror has certainly brought on many challenges off the battlefield but that has certainly not stopped our enemy from continuing to prey upon innocent people. We just witnessed the killing of over 80 paramilitary officers in retaliation to UBL’s death. TTP along with Al Qaeda continues to prove that they are more than willing to destroy our nations if given the opportunity. As our officials agreed, “Both of our countries have sacrificed… so much that it just wouldn’t make sense to see this relationship broken or abandoned”.

Why is this question posed as a choice between Pakistan’s interests and those of the US? Is this not a false choice? And do you really believe that this is not Pakistan’s war, when these extremists have killed far more Pakistanis than Americans? Don’t we agree; the sooner this menace is controlled the faster this world will come closer to peace? The aim of both nations is to eliminate insurgency for the sake of its citizens so stopping WOT and parting ways would only provide more breathing space and ability to further progress their evil motives.

Nahhhhhhhhhhhhh! One of the 15 votes for "ally" is me, a Yankee! I qualify the term by saying we are "wartime allies". Sorta like we were with the Soviet Union against the Axis.

the American relationship with Pakistan and Pakistan's relationship with America is not black or white. sometimes there are shades of gray, and some unknowns because neither side is clear about their intentions. You never know what you get.

so therefore, this question cannot be answered by just ''ally'' or ''enemy''

at times we've been allies...and at times we've been enemies to eachother. From a rational perspective, we need to build a consensus on issues like Afghanistan and come up with a way that we can both gain from the outcome i.e. eradication of terrorism, lawlessness, drugs, corruption, etc. --some of which we need to do in our own country as well

Partnership and trust are a 2-way thing. Neither country had done a good job to promote these things.

a way to rebuild the trust between our two countries,” and “We must never lose sight of this essential fact. We are strategic partners with a common enemy in terrorism and extremism.”

Enough already!

We don't trust each other for good reason - from our own perspectives, we are untrustworthy to each other - why do we have to struggle trying to square the round peg??

Strategic partners and allies?? -- Lets deal with substance -- Alright, let me try and help you guys out, maybe you guys can brainstorm, to see if you can refine you message:

Strategic partner and ally to Pakistanis does not mean some turdworlder with a begging bowl, it does not mean a relationship based on AID, it does not mean telling lies about why you refuse to open your markets and engage in trade.

Now I realize that in the US strategic partner and ally means coming through for your partner - it means the same in Pakistan - can you shift away from aid to trade, can you shift from transaction to normality? -- See, each of these involves specifics, US won't have to worry about Haqqani or any thing else as long as you ensure that you do the same for Pakistani interests -- of course you can't do that, or else you would have done it already, right? right!

Enough of your lies and propaganda. US/CIA has conducted many false flag operations including the use of AQ militants and agents. Let's start with the recent US raid in Abbotabad the official story has changed more than 5 times! The US has actually edited the photo of the "Osama compound", many cover ups and lies being put out by US to sway public opinion.

This whole War on Terror is bs! It's staged, giving US a reason to wage perpetual war and perpetrate acts of aggression against others. Many of the AQ militants are actually CIA pawns and patsies, look at Anwar Al lawki US says he is now a threat what a surprise when just months go he was dining at the Pentagon! Your Government particularly are in cahoots with their AQ agents.

Remember the "airlift of evil" when US transports key Taliban and AQ leaders to Pakistan on their transport helos in 2001.

Now in 2011 Pakistan has made sacrifices and the puppet Government has served you well. It is clear who the enemy is and US with it's repeated violations is acting like an enemy, just recently NATO American Helos in Pakistani air space attacked a Pakistani army outpost. This is act of aggression by any standard.

If Pakistan decides to retaliate just know US Gov and military has brought it upon itself.

I am happy to see, many of the members are waking up and understanding what i have been saying from day 1 of OBL's death.. its all a drama staged by US to infiltrate, invade Pakistan.. two goals..

1. Control of Nuclear Assets of Pakistan
2. Acceptance of Israel as a State by Pakistan

Hope my other countrymen also wake up to reality..

Dude how many innocent peoples got killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan because of USA war on terror and drone attacks ? Trust me these numbers are triple than those who got killed in 9/11 but obviously you don't care about these peoples because these innocent victims are not american. US is not fair as they went to Iraq because of Saddam who according to them was cruel dictator but then they fully supported dictator Musharaf because he was fighting war for American. We hate this double standard. US did not lost anything after 9/11 but we are still paying for your war on terror as we got the gifts of suicide attacks and instability in Pakistan because of this war and irony is you don't even trust our sincerity as you never took Pakistan in confidence when you did operation against bin laden. Sign of good friendship.. Friendship without trust lol
