Girls over 1.8 meter are not very uncommon in the cities, I see them everyday taking the subway, city people are much taller than people from rural regions, girls from North East China are much taller than girls from southern China, they are also more fair skinned due to the cold freezing weather and lack of sunshine, China is a continental size country, people's height varies a lot from province to province due to the huge geographic differences, so do people's facial features and skin complexion, average height doesn't mean much when it comes to a huge country like China.
