Some alleged smugglers / alleged terrorists/ alleged fishermen ( as claimed by some ) came deep into Indian water & when the Indian coast guard, as per International laws went there to investigate it, they blew themselves up & you are threatening to kill Indian fishermen. I say go ahead & see the reaction from India & International community for violating international laws & unleashing state sponsored murder.

If it was just a smuggler, so what?
The first Mumbai blasts were done with the help of smugglers.
Dawood was a smuggler too, and all anti national activities are supported by smuggling directly or indirectly.

There does appear to be fair reason to doubt that those onboard were terrorists. We Indians need to learn that crying wolf over these small incidents hurts our case when it comes to the issues the matter.

I don't think it's fair to blame the media over this one either. Somebody in the CG was obviously feeding them this dubious information.

Had the whole thing been put out clearly as a case of suspected smugglers killed, the embarrassment of a lie would be all avoided.
