　　中工网讯（记者吴铎思）“幼儿园办到家门口，孩子们吃住都免费。”记者从正在召开的新疆维吾尔自治区两会上获悉，作为新疆发展“未来工程”的学前教育，实行免费教育，一方面实现了农村适龄儿童入园的全覆盖；另一方面，为更多的家庭尤其是贫困家庭减轻了经济负担。

　　据了解，随着国家和自治区投入力度不断加大，从2017年开始新建和改扩建幼儿园，按照“一个幼儿园都不能差、一个孩子也不能落”的要求，当年全疆117.62万名农村学前适龄儿童入园。

　　在加强硬件建设的同时，近几年，新疆通过实施“新疆学前双语特设岗位计划”、免费师范生、干部支教等教育惠民政策，多渠道、多途径解决学前教师师资匮乏的问题，提升学前教育质量。软硬件同步提升，构建起覆盖自治区、地（州、市）、县和乡村的四级学前教育服务体系。

　　2018年，新疆坚持教育优先发展，巩固九年义务教育成果，完善控辍保学机制，小学学龄儿童入学率达到99.91%。未来，新疆将继续提升教育质量和水平，推进国家通用语言文字教学全覆盖；扎实推进农村学前三年免费教育，巩固九年义务教育成果；推进寄宿制学校建设，对贫困家庭学生实行精准资助和差异化资助。

Great initiative, finally! Instead of letting foreign money flood the minority area and end up with countless mosques, they should have done this years ago. We would have had a much more peaceful and productive Xinjiang by now.

People in Xinjiang have 15 years free education with free school meal, daily diary , school shuttle service and accommodation, poor families are provided with free government earthquake proof houses with all the household neccesities in them for free, poor families are provided with free healthcare and handsome subsidies, and some here claim that they are being persecuted and genocided, how many countries in this region can provide such a vast welfare system which covers almost everyone in this region??

Seems like the government doesn't trust village farmer parents being able to feed their children properly with proper nourishments required by perschool kids, so the government just takes over feeding the kids by itself.

Xinjaing kids are forced to eat eggs, cakes and milk during the class breaks, teachers are there to make sure all the kids finished the food, maybe against the kids will.. blatant kids rights violation.
