as for the source being NOT serious TIMES OF INDIA is a very reputed news paper throughout the country ...im not quoting an online BLOG like rupee news or BR but something which goes into print

don't mistake those mountain dwellers(al-qaeda/taliban) to be illiterate or unprofessional they have been evading the US for a long time

finally the commander speaks of acquiring the bombs AFTER PAK ARMY IS DEFEATED .....so it depends on how the country is handling that situation

Evading the US yes they are that is why this is knows as Guerrilla warfare it is very unconventional and combatants are a small group using mobile tactics. These so called mountain dwellers can sit behind a rock for days to get 1 shot and that makes things difficult for every one.

If they had one they would have used it. Last time i heard anything about buying a portable nuke on the black market it was a russian gang trying to rip people off by selling the cobalt from an old hospital radiotherapy machine. At the hand over there were so many FSB in the forest they were running out of trees to hide behind.
Remember a small nuke can just as easily be used in Chechyna or Russia as it can the US the russians arent going to let 100's of them be "lost"
