Seems that Owaisi has learnt his lesson , he has kept his rhetoric only till BJP and Gujarat and radicalization of Muslim Youth. Words like putlon ke puja karne wale will be objectionable but cannot be legally acted upon. This is a subtle hate speech.

Section 121 has worked well but these Politicians will never change always raising popular sentiments rather than issues shameless people
