I don't think so that Mr.Dhoval is the only element responsible for spreading or funding terrorism in Pakistan as claimed by author,there are more like him.
Therefore,we have to get ready to counter their insurgencies at every level as we ourselves are,alhamdullilah not less then any other country in case of designing strategies.

According to U,Dhoval is not the only one but there r many like him responsible for spreading terrorism.
Today the main threat to Pakistan is not India but the extremist religious organizations like TTP & Lashkar E Jhangvi which r eating Pakistan like a Parasite from inside.
Sirji,Pakistan was once upon time a peaceful country.There was no bomb blasts,no religious voilence.Pakistan was ahead of India,it's GDP was higher then that of India,all this changed after the Afghan war.

He has not been implicated, nor has he ever accepted that he has played a part in any illegal activity in Pakistan,China,Afghanistan nor the Govt of Pakistan,China & Afghanistan has officially accused Doval of any such activity.
