YEMEN in map located in a stregic position to couter India very effectively i think PAF should contact YEMEN Gov't and ask for an Air Base for its Air Force so we can hit India from every side it would be good.Deployment of 20 F-16s BLK 52 and 80 Thunders and AWACS !

Pakistan should first try and get its own airbases back from the US.

Although its not a bad idea. We need a sea presence there too.

Pakistan must get closer with India's immediate neighbors. Pakistan is very close with China, we all know that...Pakistan now has Sri Lanka on its side, cause people of Sri Lanka dont like India causing trouble in their country. Bangladeshis dont like India too much, not even Burma likes India too much.

Pakistan must get closer to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Burma, Bhutan, and Nepal.

PAF having a base in Yemen, Where did you got this Idea from Dude. Go back and check the MAP AGAIN, You are really bad in Geography, let me tell you one thing my Dear brother who thinks a lot about Pakistan and PAF.

India has an International Air Base " Farkhor Air Base " in Tajikistan, From there Indian Jets can Reach Northern parts of Pakistan within few Minutes. So Farkhor Air Base is based on a strategic Point, But having a Base in Yemen is not Gonna help PAF at all.

I think the best BUT Impossible and very Difficult Option for Pakistan and PAF will be to have an Airbase in China in Tibet area or Chinese part of the Kashmir, Srilanka is also an Option, Bangladesh is also an Option, Even Afghanistan is an Option to counter Farkhor Air Base in Tajikistan. BUT Yemen IS NOT AN OPTION AT ALL.

You are Right Dude, When Pakistani Jets will just reach India From Yemen they will be asking for Refueling and Even though Pakistan now has a a Refueler in the form IL-78, I dont think its nice Idea.

You're welcome! Oman on the other hand is more suitable. But as someone else said before, It might be a good idea to have an Airbase in Tibet, rather than somewhere in the middle-east.
