How you know if you don't have experience, i have done yoga from my instructors for 7 days and my weight before yoga was 70 kg and after a week it becomes 67 Kg.I eat regularly like before.I have severe pain inside chest during stretching backwards and after yoga there is no pain at all. My cholestrol level under control after yoga.By the way most of the people cholestrol level under control except few which are already very high.Those doing yoga are not fools especially those western people who are very health conscious particularly US.

What about pakistani patients coming to india for treatment ! May be you can say that they are paying the cost of treatment, but what about if your son or daughter in severe ill and your doctor refer to india for any further treatment. So you will consider your child life is important or your ego !

I remember a long time ago during my B.Sc this yoga instructor was invited to enlighten us in the ways of yoga. He spent 55/60 mins explaining Indian religion that had no mention or connection or relation with yoga. Oh the reaction he received by angry listeners for wasting their time was priceless.

Apki baton se lag raha hay k apko baat karne ki zara si tameez nahi hay aur app khaas kisam k jahil insan hein , hume yoga mein koi intrest nahi hay to kio force kar rahe ho aur kio mirchi lag rahi hay visa na dene pe :.
