Ahead of International Yoga Day, Pakistan denies visa to Indian yoga instructors

How you know if you don't have experience, i have done yoga from my instructors for 7 days and my weight before yoga was 70 kg and after a week it becomes 67 Kg.I eat regularly like before.I have severe pain inside chest during stretching backwards and after yoga there is no pain at all. My cholestrol level under control after yoga.By the way most of the people cholestrol level under control except few which are already very high.Those doing yoga are not fools especially those western people who are very health conscious particularly US.

I am not sure about weight loss in Yoga, too soon, in a weak. And I have always been a doubter in that. We do stretches, deep breating etc How can it help beat cholesterol of 3Kg in a week? It has long term weight loss. But not short term.

:what: seriously ? BTW they are meant for Indian embassy staff and participate in celebration and their visas are under consideration and they will be here before 21 June

:) that is the point I am sure there wont be mush followers of Yoga in India as well because in my opinion it is not basic amenity of life. An Indian member was accusing us of denying Yoga based on faith :lol: so i asked him the ratio of yoga followers in India.

Anyway here in pakistan the elite go for Yoga and their wives as a show off not for any mediation , poor cant afford these costly yoga classes anyway.

Right. Yoga classes are for those who have the time. For those who working overtime, weekends are the time to chill out, sleep, and watch a movie and more fun if one have a gf/bf. :P

For my work, I am so mentally drained that Yoga is the least on my mind in weekends. Gyms do serve me better (without add-on's of course).

I have done yoga for 'health and fitness' as you know yoga have different ways to do.The class was from 5pm to 9pm(4 hours a day for a week) and majority of us loose 2-3 Kg just in a week.

I go to the gym alot to do weights, they try to sign you up to do classes


Most yoga instructors are idiots they do rubbish courses that last a few weeks and get a certificate , have no idea themselves of what they are trying to teach and its essentially a mixture of glorified stretching excersices with exotic names, some of these excersices are needlessly complicated to make them look different

They tend to mix these with normal excersices to form a basterdized yoga



Losing weight is easy you burn more calories then you consume, stretching alone wont do that

kiski shakal ji, shakal to hum henna rabbani ki bahuth dheki hain, veena malik ki poora badan dheki hain, agar sawal mera shakal ka hain to shakal dekh ke doctor ke pas jaaoge kya? pehle tumhare PCB ko bolo cricket khelne keliye BCCI ke saamne gidgidhane ki aadhath ko kam kare.

Yoga teaches you peace. Most doctors disagree with you though. They prescribe Yoga to patients in West more than in India.
Its well served if you learn under a good Guru ji.

Yoga was developed before people doing exercises for health.We are not running,jumping or taking weight during yoga as you claim yoga a form of exercise .Any way i don't want any certificate from any ignorants.
