After flag incident, flip-flops with Gandhi image now on Amazon

National Flag is more important than Gandhi. I think the controversy regarding Gandhi's pic on slipper is just for political gain, nothing else. But the one with National Flag is a genuine case, and kudos to Sushma ji for her strong words.

Dude, Gandhi came before your National flag. Whatever he was , like him or not, without him India's fate would or could have been different. You still blame him for partition? LOL! Don't. Nothing could have been done. When it's time it's time. Anyway, to put any man's face on a pair of slippers is an insult to humanity. That witch Swaraj did well. Now if she was your PM, as a Pakistani I would be worried,. LOL!

That is because as a Pakistani you lack the intellectual ability to understand complexities of nation building. You are easily dazzled by show and not by substance. That is the nature of a Pakistani.

Modi has already done more to build up India's comprehensive national power in the last 2 years than Congress did in the last 10 years..and certainly not something that Sushma Swaraj would have been able to do. The economic and administrative reforms he has done and set in motion will form the bedrock of India's growth in service delivery of Governance to citizens as well as pure economic sinews for decades to come. Financing everything - from better military to better social security.

But as a Pakistani, you would never comprehend these issues. That is understandable. The only reason I bothered to post this is that maybe the exposure to Britain would have inculcated some of these finer nuances and you would be able to at least get this post.

One then wonders what brings a bright boy like you on a backward Pakistani forum.
BTW, did the British left this legacy or is it just the benefit of British extended call centres that an Indian is boxing above his weight.

Its also happened before with the Islamic symbol (crescent and star) on boots. It should be avoided and is in poor taste. Also Gandhi was a staunch secularist equally respected by many in Pakistan though we obviously see Jinnah as philosophically superior to him. I hope the slippers are withdrawn.

.
One wonders if Amazon are deliberately provoking Indians or is it simply because Gandhi used these types of sandals.
Either way, very inconsiderate on their part.

And Sir U have spoken my heart out.
PS: In no case we support any such move by Amazon or any entity whether its Gandhi or anyone else being showed so.

. .
Some Twitter users have tagged Swaraj in their tweets complaining that the beach sandals with Gandhi's image were being sold on the Amazon US site.

has this been confirmed by MEA ?
i really dont know. what iam concerned about is the image on these flip flops no matter who is selling these.

Actually all this creates mistrust among nations.

I have noticed this since many years that religious figures have been targetted in the name of freedom of speech .

Mahatma Gandhi is Father of Nation. Indian Establishment is well aware who are behind all these mischieves which are mainly linked to International trade and relations.

Any idea , where are those servers located ?

. . . .
Indian agencies can track on which server and from which location these activities are being done .

Ofcourse they can track it but question is that why is Amazon even allowing such things to be put up on their servers? In any case its Amazon who is selling these things.
