I don't know what are practical implications of that statement, at least not for now but Japan is investing in Pakistan for now and investments are only going to increase in 5 years. Naming and shaming will continue and business will continue as well.

Well comeback when you have something solid happening on the ground. We been listening to k*ap for years where every other Tom, Dick and Harry saying things about Pakistan whenever they visit India. India tried to raise issue of Masued Azhar and the move was trashed by Chinese. Now that's something substantial everything else is just mouth talk.
