Make sense because it follows Chinese vision of OBAR.
Nobody is asking what you want or wish larger economic interests compel.
US is not leaving because we want them to stay until your proxies are beaten and you treat Afghanistan as sovereign country and not as your 5th province , and as for as India is concerned, we will continue to have relations based on our interests and that interest also mean not be a party to Indian and Pakistani rivalry.
Does this get through your head?
No it does not. It is not in Pakistan interest to include or entertain Afghanistan if it willingly play the proxy of India. Just recently when India as usual boycotted SAARC conference in Islamabad, Afghanistan was among the first one to decline too. Just like India, Afghanistan never shirks away from blaming Pakistan for its troubles. If your country is at war for last 4 decades, you too have to take some blame for it.
Right now, Taliban are active again and taking towns in their advance. Before you blame Pakistan for it, what has Afghanistan done to bring Taliban in the fold? They are Afghans not like foreign sponsored and aided fake taliban of TTP.
America is in Afghanistan not for you. Its for its own interests. Afghanistan strategic position and American stationing their army there give them a key listening post and ability to influence the region. If you keep your interest subservient to interest of a bigger power, you will actually lose in a long term. This applies to Pakistan too.
South Asia cant be at peace if Afghanistan is not at peace. Afghanistan cant be at peace until regional countries play and settle their agenda through proxies in Afghanistan.
