If Mr Ghani had that much power he should have targeted Umar Narai within days after 14 Dec 2014, once he was told about Narai but NDS and it supporters never wanted so, now once they wanted to eliminate him being no more required, they did it same as in case of Baitullah and Hakeemullah etc. So we still believe Mr Ghani is hardly mayor of Kabul.
