The Afghan Govt is keeping the incident under wrap so that there is no panic in the country.
No statement has been issued in regards that Ghani is infected or not.

So sources say the cause of the outbreak is a contaminated document but this has not been confirmed.

Currently Ghani is managing Govt affairs via video link.
