When Sher Shah Sur achieved victory over Humayun, the occasion was celebrated with grand feast and young Afghan men danced in traditional manner in circle (Attan) according to Tarikh-i-Sher Shahi............i have a very stupid question in my mind, the Afghans of Sher Shah performed attan of which side of Durand line?

My question was specifically on the song Dil Ruba NaRazi -- does that originate in the modern state of Afghanistan?

It's not easy to find out the origins of songs especially with folk songs because these songs are shared on both side of the border. Just because a song was recorded first in Afghanistan or Pakistan doesn't mean it originated there. One of the reasons I am not sharing any music by known Pakistani artists is that some people here will say that not Afghan music, thats Pakistani however I will share the same song if sung by an Afghan artist.
