Order of Jihad is for every Muslims where ever he is but as they are in USA and have taken oath they will have to give up nationality and declare USA open enemy than have to fight against them when ever a Muslim land is attacked by Kafirs Jihad against them becomes compulsory on all Muslims and if Muslims Army fights against them that will be enough for all Muslims but every Muslims should try to help those armies in every way possible
