not just that, look at the color scheme, just so cool. It's much better than than those dual grey air force ones.
I agree but it is user defined, the IAF have a specifc type of grey they use (Tipnis Grey) they use for all their fleet (barring the M2Ks for some reason!), the IN have their own standard grey that is a little paler and has more of a matt finish.

proud to be an Indian.
A very very special Aero India indeed, India has really come of age in this area and is putting on an incredible display. The ammount of Indian products on show is mindblowing and would have been unthinkable just a few years ago, for sure India is set for great great things.

I didn't know that it is called that. thanks for that
But I like defence products in more classy, matt and unicolor schemes like the navy LCA above

When you see live models of AMCA, IMRH, and DRDO AWACs at this air show in the future, we can truly understand how far India has come.

China is not invited? What India is afraid of?
http://www.thehindu.com/news/nation...eyes-on-Bengaluru’s-skies/article17298162.ece

For perhaps the first time, a Chinese delegation will participate in the event
For the next five days, all roads in the city will lead to the Indian Air Force base in Yelahanka which is hosting India’s largest aerospace and defence expo. The 11th edition of the event, which begins on Tuesday, will see the popular Surya Kiran Team of the IAF make a comeback to the skies after nearly six years.

Aerobatics teams will take to the skies twice a day to enthral visitors. Visitors can look forward to three of the five teams from the previous edition — Sarang (helicopter acrobatics) of the IAF, the Scandinavian Air Show team from Sweden and the UK-based Team Yakovlevs, which employs tight formations and uses Cold War-era Soviet aircraft.

At the ground level, 72 aircraft, some of them representing cutting-edge technology, will be on display.

The business-side of the event will see various States vying for investment while defence companies and suppliers will be hoping to find buyers for their innovative products. Delegates from more than 30 countries are expected to take a close look at the wares and innovations being showcased by companies from 51 countries.

For perhaps the first time, a Chinese delegation will participate in the event. The delegation comprises five officers from the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF).

From traffic diversions to banning non-vegetarian food in and around Yelahanka, civic bodies have been on an overdrive in the run-up to the event. With lakhs of people and thousands of vehicles expected to congregate near the IAF base, the traffic police have introduced diversions.

Maybe PLAAF will have a look at LCA, and induct 2 squadrons of it.:yahoo:

In that case, we will happily induct 2 squadrons of J-10s too.

Equality in all aspects. :D

BTW what exactly would they be flying? Hawks?

That is some serious sh!t right there...! :o:

I really pray that HAL, ADA and other agencies don't fck these up.

AMCA looks totally bad@ss, but if we get it in 2030, it will be of no use. Parrikar needs to force ADA and HAL to speed things up on that.

The helicopter project is new! I never knew we are making an MI-17 equivalent helo!

And Tapas better have missile carrying capability.

http://www.dassault-aviation.com/en...iation-presence-aero-india-airshow-bangalore/

Dassault has 3 Rafales and the spanking new 8X at AeroIndia,

From the second link, one reads :

“On the occasion of this air show, Dassault Aviation recalls its complete determination to reinforce the partnership
that unites it with India, in particular within the framework of the ‘Make in India’ policy developed by Mr. Narendra Modi.
We thus hope to be in a position to satisfy the future needs of the Indian Air Force and naval aviation”,
declared Mr. Eric Trappier, Chairman & CEO of Dassault Aviation.
and from the first :

“With India now emerging as one of the world’s fastest growing economies, we expect demand for our high end jets
to begin rising again,” remarked Eric Trappier, Chairman and CEO, Dassault Aviation.
“We are very bullish about our long term prospects in this market, particularly for the new Falcon 8X,
the most technologically advanced large business jet in business aviation.”

It relates to the Rafale deal as Dassault said that to make
its Indian presence durable, it would push dual implantations
to raise the same civil/military biz ecosystem it has in France.

Good show all, Tay.
does falcon Comes in delta wing ?
