The entire news is false, his son was not caught driving a luxury car, two officers were killed test driving a car that he had bought for his son. And he is not being demoted, though a letter of thanks is on the cards so that retraction of benefits bit is true.
The inquiry was not ordered about where and how he got the car, it came as a result of the ensuing crash and the death of two officers.

It was an impounded NCP Nissan LadyBird....which was given to his son... it was being tested as the son was unable to drive comfortably over and above 175-180.... it was "presumably" being driven late at night as a precondition to go home on leave. It is said that the local property by this gentleman is like peanuts.

Accountability is not even across the board in pakistan, civil or military. On case to case basis people are held accountable to set an example. After a little while things return to normal. We don't have to look any further than our civilian leadership. Corrupt to the core.
