IMO, (adding to that) most probably the case is, start with "as it is" and as soon as Turkish POD is available (there is interest), the same would be integrated and that period without Turkish POD would be consisting the delivery and integration of bird, training and get use to by Nigeria AF which wouldn't be wasted and then there will be Turkish POD.

I fully agree. I think this would be sound strategy as it seems the NIgerians need their AF to be trained and the whole infrastructure established.

Will make sense. Also to mention that JF 17 is a multirole fighter with BVR capability and the planes will bring that as soon as inducted. The POD mainly covers the land attack or CAS aspect of the multirole nature and will be integrated in time it becomes available. My two cents!
