Are you sure 50k a month ... its a big amount to earn for a villager and fisherman as expenses are quite low ...

I agree balochistan needs basic necessities and infrastructure mainly for water ... for electricity solar energy is getting much cheaper ao its more economical to install small solar plants in for far away villages rather than connecting them through national grid ...

Whatever development is going on the government need to keep the local population happy in any region. They must be given maximum possible chances in whatever department they can be absorbed even if they need to be trained in various skills etc. They must have chances to be part of the development as they will be owners of lands around the port so that they also get the maximum profits out of all this as we can see the Gulf Sheikhs constructing hotels, residential building and renting them and earning huge profits etc. In any region if the right of locals are protected and they are involved in the ongoing development then you can go towards peace and prosperity.

"But even if the locals acquire those skills, they may find it difficult to earn as much as they do now. In a week, the fishermen can make from PKR 20,000-50,000 (US$188-471). The wages of an unskilled worker at the port are not more than PKR 20,000 a month, and those of skilled labour, somewhere between PKR 28,000-50,000 (US$264-471) a month."

Actually they make much more then Rs50,000 per month. And with more investment in fishing sector their income will only increase.
