A Sri Lankan national lynched in Sialkot by mob of terrorists for blasphemy

.
Is there any punishment for false accusation? If not, false accuser should also be tried under same blasphemy law. I think this will fix the problem.

False accuser suppose to get the same punishment, but unfortunately our govt/court are too weak for this, Mullah mentality runs through Govt to Judges to Army to Media. This whole messed up system of so called Islamic system has to be ripped off from its root along with hate preachers, judges, govt employee's and Generals who supports it.

What is last tweet supposed to mean?
I'm not exactly sure about the employees line but it could a be a cryptic reference to extremists by saying they are employees or something. Then again he could be literal which is quite a questionable thing to say at a time like this...

Let's not have a knee-jerk reaction. Maybe there was actual blasphemy and punishment for which should be death, but it should be up to the courts to decide not some random mob.
You are sick .. what is blasphemy in taking down a poster... If someone has done blasphemy, it is the person who got poster printed...

What's wrong with Pakistanis.

I have a question for progressive Pakistanis.

Can these religious bigots be fought using religion, like Govt takes this case as priority.
1)find the guilty quick.
2)runs the case in court on a fast track.
3)hangs him
4)declares the guilty person not Muslim as he did not follow Islam.
5)doesn't allow Islamic burial.
6)doesn't allow the whole thing to die down, this should be highlighted in print ,TV, social media and make sure everyone remembers for a long time that the person who did it was thrown out of Islam and no Islamic burial received..

This whole thing can only be tackled with religion - there is a reason why you don't see random mobs murdering people in Saudi Arabia or Iran.

Islam does not give right to random mobs to enforce shariah. The whole khawarij movement at the start of Islam was about some people deciding it was there job to decide and enforce laws. Clear ahadith (prophetic sayings) against that.

There are reports of blasphemy cases in the time of the Rashidun Caliphs. There were some people in yemen and were writing poetry and openly mocking the Prophet pbuh. They were warned multiple times before being punished (and if I remember correctly, it wasn't capital punishment).

The problem with Pakistan is that most people are ignorant of basic principles of Islamic jurisprudence. This allows for easy exploitation.

Taking a lofe is a very serious matter indeed and Islam does not take it lightly. Even in case of simple slander - a person needs to produce witnesses before a judge. Four witnesses for fornication. Btw rape doesn't require four witnesses as a case in the time of Omar was decided based on circumstantial evidence being very clear. How do people know that the accusation was true or the act even if true was worthy of being considered worthy of death under the law of Islam?

Islam is very clear about this matter. The problem is not just an ignorant population but ignorant leadership. Most of the leadership in Pakistan do not know Islam much to be able to extract from it a good argument against such things.

When you see someone who becomes religious, it's 'spiritual' and mostly lacking the actual understanding of the source text : Quran and the Sunnah.

Maybe when a mob kills a very important - and the murder causes actual repercussions for the 'deep state' - maybe we'd see something resembling a long term game plan. It took APS for TTP to be taken seriously. Maybe something of a similar magnitude is needed to get a proper action plan by the power that be. Until then it's just going to be short term actions and hoping things blow over, unfortunately.

Why everyone is using the name of TLP when they themselves condemned the incident and demanded investigations from the govt? Is it a new fashion to hate TLP just because they want to teach macron a lesson due to his govt level blasphemy?

.
It's an outrageous and sad incident. People involved in it should be punished publicly.
If the governments had put in some sort of way to teach Quran (Teachings & Essence) and got through it at least once in their lifetime these things would have been avoided but more than 70 years have gone by and 70 more years gonna go by.

@Sainthood 101
It's quite difficult for you to understand the concept that one can stand for others rights indifferent to their own views, just like I will stand for every Pakistani's (or anyone else as well) rights it doesn't mean I will stand with every Pakistani's every action as well.

Prophet was blasphemed in his lifetime many times & in many ways. He NEVER issued fatwa of death or any other worldly punishment for those who did so.

He was accused of forgery " . . . nay, he forged it." [Qur'an 21:5], was stigmatized as a man 'possessed' [Qur'an 23:70] and 'mad' [Qur'an 68:2]...

@ 9:40+ mother of a companion blasphemed. Listen how Prophet responded. Now it's upto you whose example you want to follow... Prophet prayed for her. Did not call for death sentence...

Again @ 4:00+
Qureish even sweared at Prophet, kantay bichaay, galay mai phandaa daalaa, camel's stomach (oojhrey) oper phainkee, patharr maraay = blasphemy, blasphemy, blasphemy...!!! But how did he respond!!! When he over-powered them all at fatah-e-makkkah...!!! He practiced forgiveness... That`s Sunnah.

And no death sentence below either: instead I see recommendation to resort to forgiveness, turn away from someone who disrespects the revered ones.

Q:73:10
:And be patient (O Muhammad SAW) with what they say, and keep away from them in a good way.
Q:28:55:And when they hear vain talk, they turn away therefrom and say: "To us our deeds and to you yours; peace be to you: we seek not the ignorant."
Q:7:199:Hold to forgiveness; command what is right; but turn away from the ignorant.
Q:25:63:And the (faithful) slaves of the Most Gracious (Allâh) are those who walk on the earth in humility and sedateness, and when the foolish address them (with bad words) they reply back with mild words of gentleness....other translation...And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say "Peace!"

Q:16:126:"And if you punished, let your punishment be proportionate to the wrong that has been done to you; but if you show patience, that is indeed the best course.
Q:62:40:"The recompense for an injury is an injury equal thereto: but if a person forgets and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah."
Q:28:54:"Twice will they be given their reward, for that they have persevered, (and) they avert evil with good."

What happened in Sialkot is a glimpse of a much wider and systematic cancer of extremist religious goons. So people who have killed this innocent person, need to be burned as well. Now, will it ever happened?? The answer is a big NO.

The Military of this country has failed to understand that there is a already a war imposed on it, and it is called "Mosaic War".

Liberals didn't kill 70k Pakistanis nor did they made Pak an international joke with false flag blasphemy cases
Liberals didn't burn a man to death, liberals didn't go out in your capital city and beet down people for listening to music, liberals didn't kidnap a man for "Islam", liberals didn't wage a war against the state and made it week against India seeking to end it's political power or power to influence the causes y'all hold dear like Palestine etc, liberals weren't the one turning islam into a barbaric cult as far as the world is concerned and percieves it to be due to your actions, liberals aren't the reason that parents fear, cry, get depressed or get scared when a non-muslim convert- due to the reputation of Islam made by the actions of your ilk

Your ilk did did all that,
Just because we are frustrated with these jahil mullahs, Doesn’t mean you make it the opportunity to praise and make way for the libtards. They have done equally shitty things, Not in a mood to highlight but you can take the whole showbiz and TV industry for example.

I don't care for liberal, conservative, extremist or any other ist bs

But the guy is constantly calling anyone who doesn't agree with his retarted mindset "liberal", his standards for "liberal" is very "lax"
So argument was in that sense - A case for anyone who isn't retarted like that guy vs retards- so not liberal in actual sense of the word- but what he considers to be liberal
Which is probably you cause you disagree with jaahils
